At Wildflower Memory Co., every order is handmade with care. Because each magnet is custom-made with your personal photos, all sales are final. However, we want you to absolutely love your order, so please read below:
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your magnets arrive damaged or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Send a clear photo of the issue to help us make it right.
• We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the problem was on our end.
Order Errors
• If there was a mistake with your order (wrong size, design, or missing items), please reach out within 7 days so we can correct it quickly.
Custom Orders
• Since each magnet is made to order with your personal photos, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, photo choice, or personal preference.
• We’ll always review your photos before printing and let you know if adjustments are needed for best quality.
Shipping Issues
• Once shipped, Wildflower Memory Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us—we’ll do our best to help track it down.
