How do I place an order?
Choose your magnet size and style, upload your photos, add your customizations if available. After you have all of your items in your cart just check out and we will take care of the rest.

Can I use photos from my phone?
Yes! Most phone photos turn out beautifully. Just make sure the photos are bright and clear!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 2–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
As of right now we are only shipping in the United States.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes! After you enter your shipping address if you live in a local area code a local delivery option will automatically be applied at check out. These orders will typically be delivered within 2-3 days. (Weather may delay delivery)

Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, since all of our orders are custom, we cannot accept returns unless you receive a damaged package or you receive the wrong items.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will try our hardest to make things right.

Can I order magnets in bulk?
Yes! If you are looking to place a bulk order, please contact us and will give you a quote! These a perfect for business logos, parties, and events!
